½ oz Small Hand Foods Gum Syrup
2 oz rye whiskey
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
absinthe

Rinse cocktail glass with absinthe. Stir Gum Syrup, rye and Peychaud’s together. Strain into absinthe-rinsed glass. Garnish with lemon peel, either twisted over glass and discarded or left in glass.
