A non-traditional smash in that peach is muddled rather than citrus.

¼ fresh peach
1½ oz George Dickel Tennessee Whiskey
¾ oz Averna
½ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ oz Small Hand Foods Orgeat

Muddle peach in a mixing tin. Add remaining ingredients and ice and shake vigorously. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
